NVC Hosts Center for Innovative Technology Webinar on Building a Lean High Quality Team for a Start-Up

The Northern Virginia Center (NVC) is hosting a webinar workshop offered by the Center for Innovative Technology on "Building a Lean High Quality Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR)/Small Business Technology Transfer Program (STTR) Team for Your Start-Up."
Start-ups are often just one to three person companies with little or no prior history to site. These firms often have difficulty putting their teams together for SBIR and STTR submissions, investor pitches, strategic customers, etc.
This session will discuss how to use sub-contractors to fill out your team, how to discuss the current and future build out of your management team, and how to use advisory boards and technical advisors to strengthen your company.
