Why do we eat certain foods when we are distracted or pressed for time? Our eating habits are shaped, in part, by factors outside conscious thought, and food manufacturers, grocery stores, and restaurants take advantage of this fact! One key to eating smarter and healthier is understanding our own psychology and its relationship with food, eating and marketing. Knowledge is power!
