Introduction to Diversity and Inclusion: Awareness - Action II

The Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine is pleased to have Jamie Washington return for part two of his presentation on diversity and inclusion to coincide with Black History Month.
This session will feature interactive discussion and personal reflection to explore various models describing diversity and differences and will recognize the importance of self-awareness as a means of effective engagement. During the session, participants will adopt basic skills for engaging across differences and create steps for continuing their diversity journeys.
