  Hokie Wellness Cooking Class: Fresh Summer Fruits and Vegetables  
(Special Event)

Hokie Wellness is excited to offer a Fresh Summer Fruits and Vegetables healthy cooking class for employees. This class will be a hands-on opportunity to prepare new recipes using fresh, in-season produce, and will be led by Amy Epperley, Assistant Director, Hokie Wellness. Participants will improve their cooking skills, learn new techniques, hone recipe adaptation, and trouble-shooting skills, and develop healthy cooking and eating strategies to take home and use for years to come. There is a $10 fee per class, food samples and recipes will be provided. Registration and payment MUST be received 3 days before class at McComas Hall 194 or interoffice mail 0140. Seating is limited to the first 12 who register and make payment. Cash or check only.
