Through interviews and archival footage, this documentary explores the experiences of the military "brat" and what it's like to grow up in a family that is constantly moving, often times to foreign countries and cultures, and the paradoxical environment it creates.

This film is shown as part of an intensive three-week workshop for college and university faculty from around the United States to explore "Veterans in Society: Ambiguities and Representations," funded by a grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities.
