Homegrown Virginia band Parachute took root in Charlottesville, where it honed its mix of pop/rock, funk, and contemporary blue-eyed soul. The band has released smash singles like She is Love (#1 on iTunes) and Can't Help (the first single from the band's 2013 album, Overnight, which debuted at #15 on the Billboard Top 200 chart). The band's newest album, Wide Awake, was released earlier this year.

This event is a Moss Arts Center Ambassadors' Student Choice concert.
