Auditions for the New River Valley Symphony Orchestra and Virginia Tech Wind Ensemble will take place on Aug. 21-24. All auditions will take place in Squires 243.

Audition schedule:

Sunday, August 21 - 7:30 pm-10:00 pm Clarinet

Monday, August 22 - 2:30 pm-3:30 pm Horn / 3:30 pm-4:30 pm Low Brass / 7:30 pm-9:00 pm Flute (please see below for information on piccolo auditions)

Tuesday, August 23 7:30 pm-8:00 pm Oboe / 8:00 pm-8:30 pm Bassoon / 8:30 pm-9:15 pm Saxophone

Wednesday, August 24 1:25 pm-3:00 pm Percussion / 3:00 pm-4:15 pm Trumpet

Note: If you are interested in auditioning for piccolo, please email Dr. Caldwell. These auditions will take place individually at mutually agreed upon times using the excerpts listed on the website. They will NOT take place during the flute auditions.
