8:00pm 		  Garden Workshop: Late Summer Floral Arranging  
(Special Event)

Join us for an evening of walking in the garden and flower arranging at the Hahn Horticulture Garden! We'll learn from Hahn Horticulture Garden's Education and Outreach Coordinator, Stephanie Huckestein, about growing ornamental grasses and several other wonderful plants that can be used in late summer floral arranging. And we'll learn how to create a compote style flower arrangement from Jody Strom, owner of The Moss & Rose, using greens from Hahn and locally grown flowers from Stonecrop Farms. All floral arranging supplies will be provided along with light snack and beverages. Please register by September 20th by emailing Stephanie at vtgarden@vt.edu. Registration deadline is September 20th.
