  Shale Play Politics in the Era of Fracking  
(Seminar/Conference)

Dr. Barry Rabe is the J. Ira and Nicki Harris Family Professor at the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy at the University of Michigan, where he directs the Center for Local, State, and Urban Policy (CLOSUP). He is also a non-resident senior fellow in the Governance Studies Program of the Brookings Institution.

This talk draws from his research on climate policy formation and implementation in the United States and internationally, including a recent appointment as Public Policy Scholar at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars.

Dr. Rabe will give two talks in Fralin Auditorium. The first talk will be on Thursday; the second talk will be on Friday.
