Start the new year by learning how to weave wellness into your life at the Hokie Wellness Health and Benefits Fair. All employees will receive two hours of approved leave to attend the fair.

Activities include exercise classes, health, wellness, and benefits exhibitors, interactive activities, a bloodmobile, cooking demonstrations, and more. The cardio areas and weight rooms will be open to employees from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
