Caitlin McHale Co-founder of Project Esperanza
Caitlin graduated from Virginia Tech in 2006 with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies: Leadership and Social Change. A volunteer trip to the Dominican Republic changed her path during her sophomore year. She is co-founder of Project Esperanza, a non-profit serving the Haitian immigrant population of the Dominican Republic in the areas of education, social aid, and community development.
