Luis Garcia, Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense (CBRN) support branch chief for the CBRN office within the Response Directorate of FEMA, will present "The Nuclear Radiological Incident Annex and Task Force SOP: How the Federal Government Will Respond to a Nuclear/Radiological Incident."

In his current position, Garcia is responsible for developing and maintaining special programs focused on nuclear, radiological, chemical, and biological hazards. He has been at FEMA for the last eight years and served as the lead planner for the Nuclear/Radiological Incident Annex, as well as the Biological Incident Annex.
