Research supports that workers with high levels of emotional intelligence are better leaders and more successful than workers who have only high cognitive intelligence. Learning about one's own emotional intelligence and how to improve it will be the focus of this training session.
Participants will first explore why emotional intelligence is so important in the workplace and how it operates to promote success. Then they will explore their own emotional intelligence in a confidential assessment, providing an individual emotional intelligence profile and will learn tools and strategies to increase one's emotional intelligence.
