First and last required contact for resignation is academic dean of undergraduate student's college or dean of the Graduate School. Submit completed resignation form to the University Registrar's Office by 5:00 p.m. Last day to change grade option from P/F to A-F, 5:00 p.m. Visit University Registrar in 250 Student Services Building to process a grade change option.
