On Saturday October 20th from 10 am to 3 pm, the National Weather Service in Blacksburg will be hosting our biennial Open House. This event is free and open to the public. There will be many interactive outdoor exhibits, including hourly weather balloon launches, as well as tours of our facility to see how forecasts and warnings are created.
