Learn how to grow your own mushrooms. This is a hands-on workshop. Local mushroom enthusiast Donn Smith will walk you through all the steps necessary to inoculate your own log with shitake mushroom spawn. Participants will take home their own log and watch the mushrooms grow! Cost for the seminar: $25. Participation is limited; registration and pre-payment is required.
