Virginia 4-H Mindfulness Mondays
(Service)
Beginning on Monday, April 6, Virginia 4-H will be hosting a Mindfulness Monday series. Each Monday at 1:00 PM a Zoom session (which will be live-streamed to the Virginia 4-H FaceBook as well) will be offered, alternating weekly between mindfulness and Yoga for Kids activities. Although these sessions are designed for a youth audience, adults are welcome to join. Our first session will be led by Tania Rohlfs, 4-H Program Assistant in Franklin County, and will be focused on mindfulness eating. Please share the below connection information with your families.
