Are you a student feeling stressed & fatigue of constant media consumption? It can be challenging to balance boundaries. Come to this session to: understand why it's so hard for us to put down our phones, learn more about mindfulness and mediation, understand the ways media consumption impacts our mental and emotional wellness, and understand the components of self-care.
