CANCELED Friday Night Outdoor Concert with Groove Kontrol

Due to unforeseen circumstances, this concert has been canceled. Please join us next week for Gerry Timlin.
Groove Kontrol came together about three years ago with a vision was to play music that everyone knew and loved. These talented musicians came together and wanted to "take control of our groove," thus the name Groove Kontrol. They play R&B, Soul, Blues and Classic Rock. "Groove Kontrol performs the hits from the flip side of the record!"
Groove Kontrol's members are: Tony Conner on vocals, Rick Reed on sax and vocals, Gene Pearson on bass guitar, John Cash on electric guitar and vocals, Ron Hackett on drums, and Melissa Holland on keyboard and vocals.
Friday Night Outdoor Concerts on Henderson Lawn are presented by Virginia Tech and the Town of Blacksburg as part of the 2021 Summer Arts Festival. All events are free.
