Jaivir Singh, Professor at the Center for the Study of Law and Governance at Jawaharlal University(currently a Fullbright-Nehru Senior Research Fellow) will give a talk with the title "Investigating Separation of Powers as a Mechanism of Constitutional Governance." The talk is tailored to appeal to both students and faculty, with plenty of time for discussion and interaction with the guest speaker.
