Over the course of the fall semester, LICENSE+LAUNCH will hold weekly office hours, dedicated to any researcher who wants to learn about the process of commercializing inventions, whether through licensing or launching a startup. Virginia Tech faculty and students can stop by without an appointment. Snacks and coffee will be available.
Licensing officers at LINK+LICENSE+LAUNCH will be on hand to answer questions on topics like these: Basics of patenting, disclosing an invention, intellectual property, community initiatives, and startup creation and funding program.
