Dr. Cara Daggett (author of The Birth of Energy: Fossil Fuels, Thermodynamics, and the Politics of Work, Duke UP, 2019) and Dr. Thomas Gardner (author of Sundays, Tupelo Press, 2020), winners of the 2021 Albert Lee Sturm Awards for Faculty Excellence.
