All day 		  Caldwell March  
(Corps)

Virginia Tech cadets will mark the end of their first year of training with the spring Caldwell March.

The event honors the second half of the 26-mile journey Addison Caldwell, the first student at Virginia Tech, made in 1872. Cadets completed the first half in the fall.

Skipper, the Corps of Cadets cannon, will be fired as the cadets return to Upper Quad between 2 and 4 p.m. Actual time will depend on weather and road conditions.
