CEUTTSS is excited to invite Virginia Tech and the wider community to a well-timed webinar regarding the unfolding situation in Ukraine, which threatens to throw Europe into war once again. Understanding the complexities of the situation require an understanding of history, culture, identity, and national interests. Please join us with Dr. Dr. Marta Drabczuk of Maria Curie-Sklodowska University in Lublin, Poland, Dr. Rob Person of West Point Military Academy, and Drs. Gerard Toal, Aaron Brantly, and Georgeta Pourchot of Virginia Tech as we discuss the challenges faced in resolving the tensions between Russia and the West over Ukraine. Q&A session to follow.
