Cutchins Leadership Lecture
(Special Event)
The Ethics in Leadership Conference hosted by the VTCC features local speakers with industry and military backgrounds who will present ethical concepts as they relate to leading organizations, which will then be discussed in facilitated break out sessions. A capstone address will be presented as part of the Corps' Cutchins Leadership Lecture Series.
Cutchins Keynote: Mr. Michael Sears, Director of Leadership Innovation at the Boeing Leadership Innovation Laboratory, Stockdale Center for Ethical Leadership at the U.S. Naval Academy, Annapolis, Maryland.
